Album Info:The Montreal & Ottawa subdivision of Canadian Pacific used to run from Ottawa to Montreal, on the South shore of the Ottawa river. It has now been abandoned West of Rigaud (Qc) and is used solely for Montreal commuter service.

Description:  Only one daily commuter train is left from Rigaud to Montreal and its days are in jeopardy. For now, 40-year old GO-Transit cars spend the week end on a siding, East of Rigaud station.

Description:  The Canadian Pacific main transcontinental line used to cross the Riviere a la Graisse (Grease river!) on this bridge. The line has now been abandoned between this point and Ottawa.
